MacMore is seeking a full-time Human Capital Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS).

Location
Washington, DC | Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Lead support for Government recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, competency development, and organizational change.
Coordinate with Government HR and the analytics and learning teams on workforce needs. Direct work assignments, monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and ensure sensitive personnel information is handled appropriately.

Responsibilities
  • Federal workforce support and coordination with Government HR.
  • Recruiting logistics, onboarding, workforce records, and workforce planning support.
  • Service-quality management and protection of sensitive personnel information.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proposed target: 8+ years of relevant human capital or workforce-support experience, including 3+ leading teams or workstreams
  • Target base salary: $135,000
  • Direct staff assignments
  • Coordinate workforce services
  • Resolve operational issues 
  •  Manage service quality
