MacMore is seeking a full-time Acquisition Policy & Oversight Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS).

Location
Washington, DC | Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Lead acquisition policy analysis, internal-review support, external-audit response support, and corrective-action recommendations.
Identify systemic issues and coordinate proposed improvements with Government leadership. Direct specialist work, review significant findings and guidance, and connect policy and oversight results to acquisition processes and operational delivery.


Responsibilities
  • Federal acquisition policy and strong working knowledge of the FAR.
  • Compliance reviews, audit-response support, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Ability to translate policy and oversight findings into practical improvements.
  • Proposed education target: relevant bachelor’s degree or permitted equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proposed target: 8+ years in communications, including 3+ leading teams or workstreams
  • Target base salary: $170,000
  • Direct policy analysis 
  •  Oversight support
  • Review significant findings
  • Coordinate systemic improvements with Government leadership.
